I’d like to refer all interested in the topic of Cloud Computing to the blog of Reuven Cohen.
Reuven blogs at http://elasticvapor.com He can also be found on Twitter at: http://twitter.com/ruv
Although I’ve been a long distance follower of Reuven for a while, I was particularly appreciative of his post titled “Anatomy of a Cloud Consultant“. As many of us have noted, there has been an explosion of hype regarding cloud computing and this post, like many other of Reuven’s, provides good context that can help sort the fact from the spin.
Reuven provides this context in six areas you should keep in mind when selecting a cloud computing consultant: 1) Experience, 2), Coding, 3) Community Engagement, 4) Blogs & Whitepapers, 5) How they do in an interview, and 6) Their references.
